At Wig Is Fashion, we strive for your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your unworn, lace-uncut items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and photos of the product to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Ensure the wig is in its original condition with all tags attached and the lace intact, then pack it securely in its original packaging.

  Ship Item

  Send the package back to our designated warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery and processing.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
